Poor Review

I have ordered from this company several times with no problem. This last order was a terrible experience. I have no issue that it took over a month to receive the item . My issue is that when inquiring on the status of my order customer service never responded even after many, many email attempts over a period of several weeks. The phone number they provide is not operational. The customer service at this company is non existent. I truly hope that they make the necessary changes to better serve their customers. Unfortunately I will not be shopping with them again.
