Beautiful Print, Damaged in Transit

The colours and quality are very nice. Unfortunately it was packed without any reinforcement behind the middle frame. And then put in a box that wouldn’t hold any weight against it. But the time it was delivered, there is a very noticeable crease right down the center of it. This is very disappointing as it was going to be the focal point of the room.
I tried to call right away, and the number provided on the website does not appear to be in service.
