Collection: Nicki Peeples

Nicki was born on the coast and now resides in Chapin, South Carolina. She spends her days in the studio, music blaring. Painting is both relaxing and invigorating to her at the same time. “I get in a sort of groove where the paint flows and the brushes just seem to dance along.” Nicki hopes to portray a balance between loose abstraction and subtle realism in her paintings. Playing with broad and seemingly effortless strokes and combining dainty detail, she tries to evoke feeling and emotion in each piece.
